* This 65 year old woman had had mastectomies and breast reconstruction many years ago. She now had a scar capsule around her implants and needed a revision of her reconstruction. A surgical plan was devised with her surgeon. She needed to have her capsule released and implants exchanged. The implants of choice would be larger and gel vs. the saline implants she had in place. These photos show her 9 months after her revisionary surgery with much softer breasts and implants that fit her skin envelope more appropriately.
