* For this 37 year old woman, ptosis(sagginess) more than excess breast tissue was causing the majority of her symptoms of back, neck and shoulder strain. A SPAIR reduction was still the procedure that would help her the most. The breast tissue removed was 155 gms from her right breast and 257 gms from her left. The lift incorporated in the procedure along with the removal the tissue resolved her symptoms. She is shown at 3 months following her procedure.
