*This 26 year old 5’4″ 135 lb woman came in to our office to discuss a possible breast augmentation after child birth and a 30 lb weight loss. She wanted to have a nice full breast. After a lot of discussion, trying on sizers in the office and information gathering she decided to go ahead with the procedure. Her surgical plan was to use an inframmary fold incision, subpectoral plane and a High profile implant in the 350 cc-400 cc range. Intra-operatively the 400 cc sizer was too large but a 375 cc filled her breasts nicely. Here she is at 2 months out from her surgery and she is very happy with her result.
