*Excess breast tissue was causing some significant discomfort for this 35 year old woman. She had significant shoulder, back and neck pain as well as a troublesome rash under her breasts. She decided to look into having a breast reduction. She learned that the goals of a SPAIR breast reduction were exactly what she was looking for. These included reducing the size of the nipple and areolar complex, reducing the volume of breast tissue, removing excess skin and a breast lift was part of the plan; all with reduced incisions and a resulting breast shape. She had 986 gms of breast tissue removed from her right breast and 896 gms from her left. She was ecstatic about the relief of her symptoms and extremely happy with her aesthetic result.
