*First set of photos: This 43 year old woman had lost breast tissue following pregnancies. She wanted to restore the volume to her breasts. Anatomically shaped silicone gel implants medium height, moderate plus profile, 330cc were placed under her pectoralis muscle through an inframmary fold incision (the fold underneath the breast) to re-create the look she had before the birth of her children. The first set of photos shows her pre-op and 1 year result.
