*This 48 year old mother of four was interested in undergoing a mommy makeover to help restore her pre-pregnancy figure. She had been unhappy with the size and weight of her large breasts for years, and particularly after breastfeeding four children. Her 38DD breasts were causing significant neck and back pain. She was also bothered by the excess skin in her tummy that did not shrink back after four pregnancies. Her breasts and body were transformed by a mommy makeover, consisting of a SPAIR breast reduction and a tummy tuck with liposuction of the abdomen and hips to give her a flattering contour. During surgery, 630 grams of breast tissue were removed from the right breast and 640 grams from the left breast. Follow-up photos show results one year after her mommy makeover with breast reduction, tummy tuck and liposuction.
