*This 47 year old mother of two wore a size 42G bra and wanted her large, heavy breasts reduced and lifted. She underwent a SPAIR breast reduction which removed 800 grams of tissue from the right breast and 1005 grams of tissue from the left breast. This amounted to nearly two pounds taken off each breast.
