*This 54 year old woman presented with a breast asymmetry as well as the typical symptoms associated with having breasts that are too large for your body frame. Her surgical plan involved the use of a vertical breast reduction technique, liposuction to both breasts and retailoring of her skin envelopes. She was very pleased with the relief from her symptoms and her post operative appearance.
