*This 38 year old woman came into our office with concerns that her breasts were “saggy” after the birth of her children. Her operative plan involved the use of a SPAIR breast lift which achieved all of the goals of a breast lift; removing stretched skin, lifting and reshaping her breast tissue and reducing the size of her nipple and areolas. She was very pleased with her very pretty post operative look.
