*Here is a 36 year old young woman who simply wanted to have a fuller bust line. She was a perfect candidate for an anatomically shaped gel breast implant. At only 5’3” she needed a low height device but also needed significant projection. For this reason a low height moderate plus projection implant was the implant of choice. Her implants (290 cc) were placed using an inframmary fold incision under her muscle. There are two extra views shown. The first shows how with complete release of the muscle you can have sub-pec placement without the sub-muscular distortion. Our surgeons have worked hard at getting this unwanted effect out of the equation. The second set of extra photos show how soft her breasts are.
