* This young lady was interested in fine-tuning the appearance of her nose so that it looked a little more dainty and feminine. She was not looking for and certainly did not need any drastic changes. She still wanted to look like herself. She felt like the dorsum/bridge of her nose was a little too wide, and that the tip was too rounded. She underwent an open rhinoplasty with adjustments to the dorsum and tip. Photos are just 6 weeks post-op. Although these are early post-op results and she still has mild swelling, her results look gorgeous and very natural! It was just what she was hoping for.
