*After losing almost 120 lbs this 46 year old woman was most unhappy with the lack of volume and sagginess in her breasts. She also had a breast asymmetry. She needed excess skin removed from her breasts along with a reduction of her areolas and added volume to her breasts. Using a short scar circumvertical technique, her surgeon removed the excess skin and then filled the remaining skin envelope with smooth round gel implants using a 300 cc implant on the right and a 225 cc implant on the left. The nine month result shows a very nice resolution for a woman who put so much effort into getting herself back into shape.
