*This 42 year old mother had pretty breasts to start with, she just desired more breast volume. She discussed her desires with one of our surgeons. She became educated on all of the various nuances regarding the procedure itself as well as the very important discussion of size. Ultimately the choice was made to go with an anatmomically shaped cohesive gel implant with a low height and moderate plus projection. Her implants (255cc) were placed under her pec muscle using an inframmary fold incision. Her result shows her at ten weeks out from her breast augmentation with a full breast that has a very pretty shape. She is very pleased with her final outcome.
