*This 36 year old woman had a breast asymmetry as well as macromastia and ptosis. A breast reduction was going to be helpful in alleviating her back, neck and shoulder pain as well as the rash underneath her breasts. Because her asymmetry was in the width of her breasts vs. the length or general volume, she knew that she would still have a remaining asymmetry. However after a removal of 570 gms from her right breast and 650 gms form her left she was very happy with her decision to have this very common surgery.
