*This 60 year old woman had lost significant weight and the excess skin on her upper arms bothered her. She chose her surgeon carefully as this area is deceptively difficult to treat well. If too much skin is removed it can leave the arm looking un-naturally tight. As well there is an incision that goes from the axilla (armpit) to the elbow which needs to be placed in a way that is the least visible and that does not leave “dog-ears” at each end. She chose well. Her result shows a very nice accomplishment of the procedure with proportionate , beautifully shaped arms.
