*First set of photos:This 53 year old woman described her breasts as “saggy and under filled.” After a consultation with one of our experienced surgeons, she decided to go ahead with a breast augmentation. The implants of choice were anatomically shaped cohesive gel. They had a medium height, moderate plus profile and 295 cc volume. They were placed through an inframmary fold incision and under her pectoralis muscle. At only 2 months post op she has a very pretty result.
