*”Saggy and too small” was how this petite 45 year old woman described her breasts. She was an excellent candidate for cohesive anatomically shaped implants. The implants of choice for her were medium height, moderate plus profile with a volume of 295cc. They were placed in a sub-pectoral position through an inframmary fold incision. The change in her breast size was significant for her and at only two months after her breast augmentation she is very happy!
