*After working very hard at losing a significant amount of weight this 61 year old woman came into our office for a consult regarding areas of excess skin that remained. One of the areas that bothered her was the excess skin on her back. As you can see from the “before” photo, the skin would drape over her bra and would be uncomfortable and even visible in clothing. A bra-line back lift was just the procedure for her. This early two month post-op photo shows a smooth contour to her back while the incision will be out of view under her bra. This is a great start for her continuing body contouring plan.
