*This 55 year old woman had breasts that were way too large for her. Her symptoms included back, neck and shoulder pain and she had significant grooves in her shoulders from her bra straps. As an out patient she underwent a SPAIR breast reduction. Her physician removed 978 gms of tissue from her right breast and 845 gms from her left. Three weeks after her surgery she told her surgeon that it felt like two heavy weights had been lifted from off of her shoulders. She was also very happy with how her breasts looked. She has experienced what many of our breast reduction patients have discovered; that a relatively simple procedure can make a huge difference in comfort, aesthetics and how one feels about ones appearance!
