Breast Lift with Fat Grafting

This patient is a 60 year old female. She came into the office looking to lift and add volume to her breasts. She has had 2 children that she breast fed. She is a great candidate for a mastopexy. She did want to add volume but she was hesitant about using an implant. Dr. Hammond used liposuction to transfer the fat from her abdomen to her breasts. Here are her 6 month results.

Here is a 39 year old female that has had 2 children. She feels as though her breasts have “hollowed out”. She came into the office looking to add volume to her breasts using her own fat. She had a mastopexy with fat grafting from her abdomen/thighs and flanks. Here are her 2 year results.

This 35 year old woman wanted to have a breast lift. She also asked about having some liposuction. Rather than discard the fat removed with her liposuction, she and her surgeon decided to use it to add a little volume to her breasts. She had 250 cc of fat added to her right breast and 350 cc to her left. The excess skin of her breasts was removed in a circumvertical fashion; removing a rim around the areola and a small wedge of skin from the under side of each breast. She is six months out from her procedure and has a very pretty result. Updated photos: The second set of photos show her now at sixteen months post-op.

This young woman presented to our office to discuss the size and location of her nipple and areola complexes. The discussion lead to the possibility of doing a peri-areolar lift along with fat grafting to her breasts to make them a little larger. She had 150 cc of fat added to her right breast and 120 cc to her left. This is a great way to have a breast augmentation without the use of implants. Her after photos show her one year after her procedure. She is very happy with her result!
