*This young woman presented having had a breast augmentation out of state. Her implants were too high and nothing had been done to correct her congenital deformity called “tuberous breast deformity.” Her corrective surgery included removal of her current implants, removing the scar capsule from around the implants, a peri-areolar mastopexy (breast lift), inserting new smooth round gel breast implants ; 450 cc on her left and 400cc on her right, and switching the location of the implants from under her pec muscle to under her breast tissue. Her procedure gave her breasts a normal and pretty look that she was thrilled with.
