* This 62 year old woman had a previous breast augmentation a number of years ago. She had a significant capsular contracture (hardening of the scar capsule around her breast implants) and wanted her old breast implants removed. Her operative technique involved complete capsulectomies with removal of her implants and then a SPAIR breast lift reshaping the remaining breast tissue and lifting the breasts. She was very happy to have soft breasts again and was pleased with the pretty shape.
