*This 35 year old woman was in great shape but 3 pregnancies had caused her tummy to lose its firmness and her breasts to become a little saggy. A very small SPAIR breast reduction (less than 50 gms each breast) lifted and reshaped her breasts. A tummy tuck with abdominal wall plication and umbilical float technique returned her abdomen to its firm contour. She was very pleased with her body contouring.
