*This young gentleman presented with concerns over redundant skin in the breast area following previous surgery for gynecomastia (a condition where males grow excess breast volume in their breasts; either fatty tissue or a fibrous tissue). The volume of tissue had been removed but excess skin remained. In his case, the excess skin had to be surgically removed. The procedure restored a nice smooth contour to his torso and the resulting scars will fade with time.
