*This 46 year old woman wanted a new look and body contouring. Her breasts were too large and heavy for her frame and she was experiencing back, neck and shoulder pain along with grooves in her shoulders and a rash under breasts. Her operative plan included a SPAIR breast reduction, full tummy tuck and liposuction to her abdomen and posterior hips.
