This 36 year old woman seeking breast enlargement presented to our office. Although she already had an ample breast she desired fuller filling out of her breast shape. Using smooth round gel implants her surgeon was able to give her a stunning result. Her implants were placed under the muscle through an inframmary fold incision. The volume used was 400 cc. She is shown here two months out from her bilateral breast augmentation.
