*This 37 year old woman had a previous mastopexy-aug after losing over 150 lbs. However she did not like the appearance of her breasts and wanted her breast size increased. Her surgeon carefully designed a surgical plan to help her to achieve her goals. She had an implant exchange to 750 cc HP and the pocket was changed to sub-glandular from sub-pec. Fat grafting was added to the breast pockets to add volume and soften the contours and her nipple and areolar complexes were lifted to achieve a more pleasing position. This combination of techniques gave her a full breast with beautiful contours. She is now 17 months out from her procedure and very pleased with her result!
