*It’s always a good idea to have numerous tricks up your sleeve. In the case of this lovely woman, the WISE pattern technique was used for her breast reduction with a very good result. She had magnified symptoms associated with heavy breasts due to the heaviness of her excess tissue. She also had deep grooves from her bra straps digging into her shoulders. A total of 2558 gms was taken off, 1332 gms from her right breast and 1226 gms from her left. Needless to say she felt immediate relief after her bilateral breast reduction. She has a beautiful shape to her breasts and her surgeon used a new technique to prevent the “bottoming out” usually associated with the WISE pattern technique. She is very pleased with her result!
