*This 47 year old woman did not have extremely large breasts however the ptosis that she had put a strain on her neck and back. A SPAIR reduction was done for her reducing her left breast by 235 gms. and her right by 210 gms. She also had some liposuction to the sides of her chest wall under her arms. Together these procedures reduced the bulk that this otherwise thin woman had around her upper chest wall.
