* This lovely 53 year old woman felt like she looked older than her actual age. She felt like her cheeks were drooping and her neck was too thick and heavy. In addition, her small chin seemed to draw more attention to the heaviness of her neck. She had completely lost all definition of her jaw line, as it blended into her cheeks and neck. She underwent a full facelift and necklift with the addition of a small chin implant. Results are shown approximately 5 months post-op and are quite dramatic, yet very natural.
