*This 23 year old woman was experiencing all of the symptoms that go along with breasts that are too large for ones body frame. Her symptoms included back, neck and shoulder pain along with a rash under her breasts. Through a SPAIR breast reduction approximately 470 gms was removed from her left breast and 410 gms from her right. She was very pleased not only with the aesthetic appearance of her breasts but the relief from her symptoms.
