*This 33 year old woman didn’t like the shape of her breasts or her large areolas. She was a perfect candidate for an augmentation mastopexy. The mastopexy (breast lift) part of her procedure was the result of a small excision of skin from around the areolar complex. The augmentation was achieved by using anatomically shaped gel breast implants with a volume of 330 cc and moderate height & projection. She is shown here six months after her bilateral augmentation mastopexy.
