*Heavy breasts like these can put a lot of strain on a woman’s back, neck and shoulders. After putting up with that strain for forty plus years this woman decided she would look into the nuances of having her breasts surgically reduced. After discussing the procedure and its recovery she made the decision to proceed with a SPAIR breast reduction. She liked the reduced scars and the pretty breast shape that the SPAIR offers. She is shown here before and six months after her outpatient breast reduction. Not only are her symptoms relieved but her breast asymmetry has been resolved and she has a beautiful shape to her breasts.
