*This young woman presented with a mild ptosis in her breasts. She also wished to have a little more breast volume. Her surgeon offered her a combination procedure that would both lift the breast and add a small amount of volume. Her breast lift was achieved using a peri-areolar incision only. The desired volume was a result of fat grafting thereby negating the use of a breast implant. She is shown at eight months out from her out patient procedure with a very pretty result.
