*This 40 year old woman was experiencing back, neck and shoulder pain from the size and weight of her breasts. As well she did not like the excess skin and lack of muscle tone in her abdomen. Her surgical plan included a SPAIR breast reduction, tummy tuck (which includes tightening of her abdominal wall), and liposuction of her abdomen and posterior hips. She was very pleased with her new look. She is only six months out from her procedures so her scars will lighten up with time so her result will only get better with time.
