*This 48 year old woman presented with breasts that were too large and ptotic for her very slight frame. She was experiencing back, neck and shoulder pain. A breast reduction was done for her using the SPAIR technique removing approximately 100 gms from her right breast and 120 gms from her left. In spite of the “small” amount of tissue removed, this small woman experienced significant relief from her symptoms and had a very pretty result. These photos show her three years after her bilateral SPAIR breast reduction.
