*Here is a 31 year old mother who had lost the volume in her breasts. She had a few challenges as her inframmary folds were quite high and she had mild ptosis. Her surgeon did a slight lift using an incision around the nipple and areola. This same incision was used to place 375 cc smooth round gel implants with a moderate plus projection under her muscle. Her result is out-standing given the challenges going into surgery. She is very happy with her result!
