*This 38 year old woman presented with a common concern; that her breasts had lost their fullness after pregnancies and childbirth. She wasn’t looking for large breasts, simply to replace the volume she once had. After a thorough discussion, trying on sizers, and viewing simulated images she had made her decision to proceed. Anatomic cohesive gel implants were chosen with a volume of 330 cc, medium height and moderate plus projection. They were placed under the pec muscle and through an inframmary fold incision. At this point she is only six weeks out from her breast augmentation but is very happy with her result.
