*This 37 year old woman felt that her breasts were too small and assymetric. She also did not like the fullness in her axilla area. She discussed each of these issues with her surgeon and a surgical plan was devised. She had a bilateral breast augmentation using smooth round gel implants with a 400 cc volume and moderate plus profile. They were placed under her pec muscles and through an inframmary fold incision. Liposuction was done in each axilla to reduce the excess volume and finally a peri-areolar incision removing a small rim of skin around her left nipple and areola corrected her nipple asymmetry. She is still early in the recovery at only six weeks out, but shows a promising result from her procedure.
