*Here is a woman who had had a breast augmentation in the 1990’s using saline implants. Along the way she had a breast lift as well. Recently one of her implants ruptured leaving her with a breast asymmetry. Being very savy she presented to our office asking if we could remove her implants and do fat grafting to her breasts instead. The answer was “yes”. As an out patient, liposuction was done to her posterior hips and to her thighs. In all 260 cc of fat was added to each of her breasts once the implants had been removed. Here are her results to both her breasts and the areas treated by liposuction. What a great way to accomplish two goals at one time.
