* This woman had been troubled by increasing droopy hanging skin of both upper eyelids. The excess skin was actually obstructing her vision. She presented to our office to inquire about an upper lid blepharoplasty. The procedure was described to her and she found out that it was a fairly simple procedure. Not only would the procedure reduce the obstruction of her vision but make her eyes brighter and give her a more alert appearance. She is shown here at onlky two months after her out patient surgery with a remarkable change.
