*This young mother of two children had lost her breast fullness after her pregnancies. She desired to have a breast augmentation. After trying on breast sizers and having a thorough discussion with her surgeon, she decided to proceed. She wanted to have a full breast and because she had very little breast tissue, 450 cc gel implants with a high profile were used. Her implants were placed under her pec muscles using an inframmary fold incision. She is shown here at eight weeks after her surgery.
