*Breast asymmetry, lack of volume and sagginess of her breasts brought this 33 year old woman to our office to discuss options for correction. After a thorough exam, trying on sizers and discussion/education by her sugeon and our staff, she made the decision to proceed with a breast augmentation/mastopexy. Her right side was treated with a peri-areolar incision (to create a small lift) and a 300cc moderate plus profile smooth round gel implant. Her left breast required a SPAIR circumvertical incision and a 200cc moderate plus smooth round gel implant. Both of her implants were placed under her pec muscle. She is shown here at 2 years following her procedure with a very nice correction of her asymmetries and a beautiful result from her procedure!
