* Making use of the latest techniques this 42 year old woman has a beautifully reconstructed breast and opposite sided breast lift. After discovering that she had a breast cancer she looked carefully into her options for treating her cancer and having a good aesthetic outcome. She chose her surgeons well. After a skin sparing mastectomy her first stage of reconstruction involved placement of a tissue expander and acellular dermal matrix. Seven months later her expander was removed, the permanent implant was placed and fat grafting was added to soften the contours of her reconstructed breast. At the same time a SPAIR breast lift was performed on the opposite breast. Next, her nipple and areola were reconstructed and additional fat grafting was done. Her post op photos show her at a couple of months after her last reconstructive procedure with a very pretty result!
