*This ambitious gentleman lost 60 lbs with a weight lifting and diet regimen. He was left with excess skin on his chest wall in the area of his breasts. He had a small bud of breast tissue left behind as well. His operative plan included the removal of the bud of tissue and excess skin. The only way to remove the skin would be to excise it directly. This was done with an incision around the areola along with a vertical incision curved to the natural fold under the breast area. He is six months out from his procedure. His scars have faded but are a bit wide. He is considering a scar revision while at the same time continuing his healthy life style.
