*There are not a lot of women who fit the criteria for a breast lift alone. One needs to have enough breast tissue to ensure a pretty breast shape after the excess skin is removed. An easy way to know if you would be happy with a breast lift all by itself is if you are happy with your breast volume in an unpadded bra. If the answer is “yes” you will probably be able to have a breast lift without adding a breast implant. This 40 year old woman was a perfect candidate. The SPAIR technique was used to remove the excess skin, then the remaining breast tissue was re-arranged into a pretty breast shape. Her post-op photos were taken seven months after her procedure. Notice how her breasts now look youthful and “perky”.
