*This young 20 year old woman had all of the symptoms associated with breasts that were too large for her frame. She had decided she did not want to go through life dealing with those difficulties. She scheduled an appointment with the surgeon who developed the SPAIR breast reduction and discussed the procedure with him. Seven months ago she had her breast reduction done as an out patient in our operating suite. She had 578 gms of tissue removed from her right breast and 611 gms from her left. Her symptoms have resolved and she has a very attractive and much more proportionate bustline. She is very happy with her decision to proceed with her breast reduction.
