*Here is a 40 year old woman who lost over 50 lbs. She presented to our office with concerns that her breasts had lost their fullness. However, she had a good thick envelope of breast tissue to cover a breast implant ensuring a very natural look post-operatively. Using the sizer system in our office she and her surgeon determined the range of implant volume and projection to have available for surgery. Ultimately smooth round gel 375cc implants with a moderate plus projection were placed under the pec muscle in each breast. Her post op photos show her at eight months after her bilateral breast augmentation with a very natural but full bust line.
