*Chronic pain and discomfort are what brought this 49 year old woman in to discuss undergoing a breast reduction. Significant time was spent discussing a SPAIR breast reduction with the surgeon who designed the procedure. Advantages, possible inherent risks (as with any surgery) and looking at before and after photos followed her exam and discussion. She made her decision to proceed. She had a fair amount of excess tissue that was causing her discomfort. In total, 929 gms were removed from her right breast and 1011 gms from her left. She was amazed at the relief of her symptoms as well as how much easier it was to fit into her clothing. She is shown here at six months out from her procedure with a very pretty cosmetic result as well.
