*This very trim woman presented with concerns about her abdomen after pregnancies. She was unique however in that she did not have excess skin or fat present. She had simply lost her abdominal wall competency. Using an incision low on her abdomen her surgeon lifted the skin of her abdominal wall and plicated it with suture. Her result was a beautiful firm tummy. She is shown her six months after her procedure.
